GENERAL FAQS
Can I bring my dog?
Yes of course! This event is designed for you and your dog to enjoy together. There are a couple of points to remember though; All dogs must be kept on a lead and under control at all times. If your dog is being handled by a minor please make sure you are with your child and dog at all times. Don’t forget your poo bags and clear up after your dogs. But most importantly, have fun!
Can my dog take part in the Fun Dog Show classes?
Yes the Fun Dog Show classes are for all dogs to enjoy. You can enter as many classes as you like as long as your dog fits the category (for example a puppy couldn’t enter the golden oldie class and vice versa). The classes are for everyone’s fun and enjoyment and all proceeds go to the rescues and charities running the Fun Dog Show rings.
Are there other events my dog can take part in?
Yes there are different classes and have-a-go activities happening all day for you and your dog to take part in. You can find out more here.
I am having problems with my dog and need to speak to an expert?
We have different experts at the show who will be happy to discuss any problems you are experiencing with your dog.
Do you have a vet on call?
Yes we have a veterinary nurse who will assess the situation and if they feel necessary, will give you the number of the local vet who will be able to help.
Do I need to pre-register for any of the activities?
No, all activities are registered on the day. However we advise arriving early to avoid disappointment.
Can I buy products for my dog at the show?
Yes you will find all the latest products available for your dog from beds to leads from treats to toys. Almost anything your dog would love.
Can I book my tickets online?
Tickets can be booked in advance on our website by clicking here. Alternatively a limited amount of tickets will be available to purchase on the gate, however for capacity restrictions we cannot guarantee they will be available. We strongly advise booking tickets in advance to take advantage of the discounted pre-booking rate and to secure entry to the show on your day of choice.
I’m having problems with my ticket booking – what should I do?
If you have a ticket enquiry, please email support@yourticketbooking.com or call 0333 242 7912. Lines are open Monday – Friday between 9am and 3pm excluding Bank Holidays. The cost to call 0333 numbers is the same as calling a normal local or national landline. If your tariff or call package offers free or inclusive calls to landlines, numbers starting with 03 will normally be included free of charge. On show days, lines will be open from 8am to 11am.
I’ve booked the wrong date on my tickets! Can I amend the booking?
As long as the show hasn’t sold out or a day isn’t at capacity, this shouldn’t be a problem. Please email support@yourticketbooking.com with your Booking Reference Number and the team will be able to assist you. Ticket day exchanges can only be made up until 3pm on Friday 28th April 2023 and are subject to availability. Please note that tickets can only be used once and are non transferable to another show (e.g. Norfolk tickets can not be used at Hylands and vice versa).
I can no longer attend – can I get a refund?
We’re sorry if you can’t join us but all tickets are non-refundable.
Do you have a concession for carers?
Yes, we offer free entry for carers. You will need to book tickets for everyone else in your group but the carer/s will receive complimentary entry. Just let the team on the gate know and they will arrange entry.
Is disabled parking available?
