Doors: 9.30am – 5pm

Parking: FREE

Dogs: Permitted on lead. Must have full and up-to date inoculations and you must clear up after your dog.

 
 

New: AFTERNOON TICKETS

Our brand new Afternoon Tickets will give you access to the All About Dogs Show Hylands from 1.30pm – 5pm. Please note that entry does not include some of the entertainment and displays that would have taken place earlier in the day, however there will still be plenty of time to enjoy the have a go activities, doggy shopping and a wonderful afternoon out for you and your dog. Please be aware that if the show is at capacity when you arrive, there may be a short wait before entry. For more details on pricing and to book, click here.

COVID-19 FAQS


What were the original 2020 dates, and what are the new dates?
The show was originally set to take place on Sunday 24th and Bank Holiday Monday 25th May 2020. The All About Dogs Show Hylands will now be running on Sunday 30th and Bank Holiday Monday 31st May 2021.

What COVID Safety precautions will be in place at the show?
The safety of our visitors (both human and dogs) is very important to us so there will be a number of COVID safety measures in place. Find out more by clicking here.

Do I have to book tickets online or can I purchase tickets on the gate?
Due to Government restrictions on capacity and track and trace measures, all tickets must be purchased online in advance. Tickets will not be available to purchase on the gate. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, however you can book tickets safely and securely through our ticket company RedBox by clicking here.

I already have tickets for the 2020 show – can I use these at the 2021 show?
Yes, absolutely! All tickets for our 2020 show are valid for the 2021 dates. Due to the Government roadmap restrictions, we are having to limit capacity each day. Please email support@yourticketbooking.com with your Booking Reference Number and let the team know which day you wish to attend the show. The team will then issue you with new tickets. 

Can I speak to someone about my ticket booking?
If you have problems with your tickets or are unable to make the new dates, please contact our ticket support team at RedBox who will be able to assist you. Please call 0333 242 7912.

 

GENERAL FAQS


Can I bring my dog?
Yes this event is for you and your dog. All dogs must be keep on a lead and under control at all times. If your dog is being handled by a minor please make sure you are with your child and dog at all times. Don’t forget your poo bags and clear up after your dogs.
 
Can my dog take part in the Fun Dog Show classes?
Yes the Fun Dog Show classes are for all dogs and is just for fun. We have four Fun Dog Show rings this year and 45 classes to choose from. Click here for more details.
 
Are there other events my dog can take part in?
Yes there are different classes going on all day for you and your dog to take part in. Click here to visit our have-a-go activities page.
 
I am having problems with my dog and need to speak to an expert?
We have different experts at the show who will be happy to discuss any problems you are experiencing with your dog.
 
Do you have a vet on call?
Yes we have a veterinary nurse who will assess the situation and if they feel necessary, will give you the number of the local vet who will be able to help. 
 
Do I need to pre-register for any of the activities?
No, all activities are registered on the day.  However we advise arriving early to avoid disappointment.
 
Can I buy products for my dog at the show?
Yes you will find all the latest products available for your dog from beds to leads from treats to toys. Almost anything your dog would love.
 
Can I book my tickets online? 
Yes, due to capacity restrictions and track and trace measures, tickets will only be available online for this year’s event. Tickets are limited so we advise booking online asap. Tickets can be booked in advance on our website by clicking here
 
I’m having problems with my ticket booking – what should I do?
If you have a ticket enquiry, please email support@yourticketbooking.com or call 0333 242 7912. Lines are open Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm excluding Bank Holidays. Calls are charged at 7p per minute plus any network charges from your supplier. On show days, lines will be open from 8am to 11am.
 
I’ve booked the wrong date on my tickets! Can I amend the booking?
Yes, please email support@yourticketbooking.com with your Booking Reference Number and the team will be able to assist you. But please note that tickets can only be used once and are non transferable to another show (e.g. Norfolk tickets can not be used at Hylands and vice versa).
 
I can no longer attend – can I get a refund?
We’re sorry if you can’t join us but all tickets are non-refundable.
 
Do you have a concession for carers?
Yes, we offer free entry for carers. You will need to book tickets for everyone else in your group but the carer/s will receive complimentary entry. Just let the team on the gate know and they will arrange entry.
 
Is disabled parking available?
Yes, blue badge parking is available at all of our events, however it is limited so we advise arriving early. Car park marshalls are due to be on site at each of our events from 9am.
 
Important information:
Please do not leave your dog in the car if it is hot.  Any persons seen mistreating their dog will be asked to leave the show.
