Please ensure you select either a morning or afternoon arrival slot when booking Standard or Family tickets. This allows us to monitor our car parks and get you and your furbabies into the show as quickly as possible.

Don’t worry, you can stay all day – it just helps us monitor traffic and car park management.

We recommend booking our morning arrival slot asap as they will sell out.

STANDARD (day specific)

Concessions (60+): £14.00

Family A (2x adults & 2 children): £37.00
Family B (2x adults & 3 children): £40.00

PREMIUM (any one-day entry)
Adults (16+): £17.00
Concessions (60+): £16.00

Carers Ticket Policy
We offer free entry for carers. You will need to book tickets for everyone else in your group but the carer/s will receive complimentary entry. Just let the team on the gate know and they will arrange entry on the day.

A standard £1.85 booking fee applies per order (not per ticket). Tickets on the gate will be subject to availability. If a day is selected, tickets cannot be exchanged once purchased. Premium Tickets are valid for any one-day of the show and cannot be re-used. Concession tickets are for those aged 60 years and over. Children under the age of 5 years are free to attend and do not need a ticket.

2026 TICKET TYPES

Premium Tickets
Can’t decide which day you’d like to join us? No problem! Our Premium Tickets give you the flexibility and freedom to attend the show on either day, so there’s no need to worry if your plans might change last minute. Premium Tickets will give you any one-day entry with admission any time from 9.30am – 5pm. Please note that Premium Tickets are for one day use only and are strictly limited.

Standard Day-Specific Tickets
To help you plan ahead, our Standard Tickets give you the option to select which day you would like to attend the show. Please select either a morning (9.30am – 1pm) or afternoon (1pm onwards) arrival time when purchasing tickets. This is for your arrival time only – you are welcome to stay at the show until we close at 5pm.

Family Tickets
Our Family Tickets are a great saver option. Choose Family Ticket A for entry for two adults and two children, or Family Ticket B for entry for two adults and three children.
