Welcome to the All About Dogs Show Newbury 2022!


This year we’re combining our Paws at the Palace and Newbury event to bring the BIGGEST EVER All About Dogs Show to the Newbury Showground! Bring your dog to the Newbury Showground, Berkshire on Sunday 17th – B/H Monday 18th April for an Easter weekend packed with exciting arena displays, expert advice, shopping and lots of have-a-go activities – and if you don’t have a dog, there’s plenty of fun for humans too! Two shows for the price of one: Your ticket to the All About Dogs Show Newbury will also give you access to the Newbury Garden Show on the same day of entry!

Please be assured that we are continuously monitoring government advice relating to COVID to make sure that every precaution is taken to ensure the health and well-being of all our visitors (both humans and dogs), whilst providing the best day out we can.  You can book in confidence knowing in the unlikely event we can’t proceed we guarantee a full refund of your ticket price or transfer of tickets.

Tickets for the All About Dogs Shows 2022 are LIMITED and selling fast. Advanced tickets SOLD OUT for our 2021 events so we advise booking early to secure entry as we cannot guarantee ticket availability on the gate.

Opening Times & Show Information

The All About Dogs Show comes to the Newbury Showground on Sunday 17th and B/H Monday 18th April 2022.

Have-A-Go Activities

Fun Dog Shows

Back by popular demand, Scruffts is returning to the All About Dogs Show Newbury on Sunday 17th April 2022! In search of crossbreeds with that extra something special, Scruffts is open to crossbreed dogs over the age of six months, with Scruffts rosettes awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in each class. Meet the Watermill Wolves

We're very excited to welcome the famous Watermill Wolves Wolfdogs to our Newbury show this year! The four-legged stars have appeared in shows including Penny Dreadful, Ripper Street, Horrible Histories, Don’t Tell The Bride and more! You can meet the Wolves plus watch the acting team’s demonstrations in the Main Arena.

Meet Therapy Dogs Nationwide

We're proud to be welcoming Therapy Dogs Nationwide to this year's All About Dogs Show Newbury. Meet the volunteers and the dogs from this national charity, which sees visiting volunteers take their own dogs into establishments to provide comfort, distraction, and stimulation.

Breeds: Meet the Poodles

Come along and meet Parti and Phantom Poodles at this year's show with the Parti Poodle Club. Promoting Poodles positively, the Club is devoted to the development and positive promotion of Parti and Phantom Coloured Poodles. The team (and Poodles) will be on hand to give information about Poodles, their different sizes and the origins of the Parti and Phantom colours.

Meet the Association of Nihon Ken

The Association of Nihon Ken will be joining us at this year's show and introducing you to the six native Japanese breeds all designated as 'Natural Living Monuments' of Japan - the Akita Inu, Hokkaido Ken, Kai Ken, Kishu Ken, Shiba Inu and Shikoku Ken. Meet some of these wonderful dogs in the fur and learn from the team's breed experts and owners what it's like to share your home with one of the Nihon Ken breeds.

Saints Sled Dog Rescue

Come and meet the Saint Sled Dog Rescue team at this year's show. The non-profit charity is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and re-homing unwanted Northern breeds around the UK. Find out more about the AMAZING work they do and the beautiful sled dog breeds in their care (you can even meet some of their dogs) by visiting the Saint Sled Dog Rescue stand at the All About Dogs Show!
